All sales are final, and no refunds for cancellations, only store credit will be issued that will be good for up to one year from cancellation. This credit can also be used for our art gallery located inside the segway meet up location. Missing or cancelling an appointment within the 24 hour leading to your scheduled time will result in a loss of the credit and forfeit of ride. All cancellations and reschedules must be done prior to 24 hour before your scheduled time. If rain or bad weather occurs, we will help reschedule your appointment or give you a credit for another day.
